Food was lovely and I have nothing but really great memories from this trip. The hotel was clean and romantic, had very good wi-fi. The room was comfy and attractive with a lovely view of the ocean and the Gaeta peninsula. I was lucky there was a train station near to the venue.

The hotel was located short walk to local restaurants and another beach area which required paid parking. The room was beautiful with balcony included.

The room was well-kept and beautifully maintained with central heating, a safe box and television.

Competent staff and a plentiful and excellent breakfast with fruit, sweet pastries...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was great, especially for families when it's very hot. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day. The location was perfect, close to a small beach area which was nice enough for relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide range of choices and the staff were friendly and helpful.

reasonably spacious and clean hotel, location was peaceful close enough to the aurunci mountains and great restaurants and formia. lovely building and rooms with balcony. overall very enjoyable stay during my whole visit.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Irlanda Grand! The hotel is in a stunning setting with beautiful grounds. The former chapel in the dining room adds a unique charm. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Overall nice hotel, beach right across the road, worth staying if you want just to spend a relaxing time in the hotel itself and on the beach.

The whole Gaeta area is not attractive - the town is very far from being a pearl of the Mediterranean, not much to do around. In the 2-level room we had the air-conditioner was not working well enough for the cool air to reach the upper level where the bedroom was. And the windows were impossible to open due to the noise from a pretty busy road passing right by the hotel. Thus either ask for a room which is not facing the sea and thus the road, or make sure the aircon is working properly

The hotel is beautiful and we loved the pool and the gardens surrounding the hotel. The breakfast holds a high standard (at least in Italy).

Every time we visit this hotel (3rd time), a wedding party has been taken place, which creates some noice and takes away a bit of the service level for the guest. The rooms are quite small, but still good value for money.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, had a very lovely experience. It was romantic and absolutely gorgeous hotel overall, everything was perfect, I would give it other than 4 stars. The location was beautiful - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The property was set in a pretty area. The venue restaurant was nice for dinner.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. It is a converted convent. It is a luxury hotel. The pool is beautiful. The hotel food is excellent. I have nothing but priase. This is the place to stay if in this area.

The town of Gaeta does not have much to offer (but we did find one absolutely excellent restaurant). However the town of Itri is a short ride, where you can visit an old (end of Byzantine era) castle, and have a great meal up on a hill with a great view overlooking the city.

It is a great place to stay at. Clean rooms. Great pool, gardens, and design. Good price. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. There is a good restaurant about 250 yards from the Villa. I will stay there again when I will be in town. Public transportation available to Formia and from Formia to Rome or anywhere else. Old part of the town is about 5 miles away and a great beach near the old part of the town.
